Welcome to Classifly ("Platform"), operated by Classifly Services Pvt Ltd, Gurugram, Haryana, India. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website, apps and services for posting/viewing classified ads. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you disagree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be 18+ or have guardian consent. You are responsible for your account security. Provide accurate information. We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, illegal, harmful or infringing content
• Harass, spam, impersonate or scam others
• Use automated tools (bots) without permission
• Violate intellectual property, privacy or laws
• Share personal/banking details prematurely

3. Ad Posting Guidelines

Ads must be in correct category/city. Include accurate description, price, photos. Unlimited free photos allowed. Duplicate ads prohibited. We may moderate, edit or remove ads.

4. Prohibited & Restricted Items

No listings for:

• Illegal items (drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods)
• Alcohol, tobacco, adult content
• Stolen/hazardous materials
• Financial schemes, gambling
• Anything violating Indian laws (e.g., wildlife products without permit)

5. Transactions & Safety

Classifly is only a venue — we do not participate in transactions. Buyers/sellers deal directly. Meet in public, use secure payments, never share OTPs. Report suspicious activity immediately.

6. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Platform provided "as is". No warranties on accuracy, availability or transaction success. We are not liable for user conduct, losses, indirect damages. Maximum liability limited to fees paid (if any).

7. Intellectual Property

You grant us non-exclusive license to use your ad content (photos, text) for Platform promotion. Respect others' IP — report infringements.

8. Paid/Featured Services (if applicable)

Optional boosts/follow-ups charged separately. Non-refundable except as required by law.

9. Termination & Changes

We may modify Terms anytime (notice via Platform/email). Continued use = acceptance. We can suspend/terminate access for violations.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

Governed by Indian laws. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Gurugram courts. Arbitration possible under Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
